I had a great experience with Acura Roofing and would absolutely recommend them. After receiving several quotes, Acura was the only company that took the time to explain what actually needed to be repaired without trying to upsell me into unnecessary or expensive work. They were honest, fair, and transparent about pricing, and the scope of work made sense for my situation. They replaced two leaking vents, repaired the rotted decking underneath, and did everything professionally and cleanly. They also documented the work with photos, which I really appreciated. The crew was punctual, efficient, and respectful of my property. Communication throughout the process was excellent. It’s refreshing to work with a company that prioritizes integrity over sales. From start to finish working with Acura roofing made the ordeal easy. Communication was excellent, our roof installation was completed rather quickly from ordering of materials to the final walk through. Patrick even helped pick out the color which we were pleased with. Clean up was excellent, I did not find one nail in the yard after checking for them. Acura roofing did a wonderful job on my old, dilapidated roof. They had to do a bunch of extra work and they charged fairly for it. They communicated thoroughly throughout the whole process, took pictures when extra work had to be done, and made me feel good about the whole experience. This is a family run business that stands by their work. I’m so glad I chose them for this job. Hire them- you won’t be disappointed.
