I recently encountered a loss of heat due to a disconnect of power going from the heating system and the thermostat. Taylor came out and immediately realized the problem. Acute installed my new mini-split system. They removed the old system and put in the new one in about an 2 hours. I had to have some electrical work done so they came back and started the system several days after installation. They are upfront with their pricing and their attention to detail made the whole thing rather painless.
