A&D Appliance was contracted by Frigidaire to repair our stovetop, and we had a great experience from start to finish. Their communication was excellent — they kept us informed about timing and let us know when they were on the way, which we really appreciated. The technician (Angel Martinez-Molina) quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, explained exactly what was wrong, and was incredibly kind and professional throughout the visit. The turnaround was fast and everything was handled efficiently. I would absolutely use A&D Appliance again and highly recommend them!

Adam called me when he was 20 minutes away as he stated. He quickly new why I was smelling gas when I turned my stove on. He was able to replace the piece that cause the fire to come on at the broiler of the stove within 30 minutes. I was impressed with how he worked, explained what caused the problem, professionalism, and patience with my many questions. He was calm and respectful. He understood I had to ask questions and he graciously answer each one. * I think he would be an excellent teacher.

Too much in a rush to leave and collect the $$ without fully testing all elements of the repaired stove to be sure all was working well. Tech person should take the time to test everything and explain to homeowner better maintenance practice. Follow up Response to the company comment: even if your job was to replace the glass top of the electric stove, the tech guy should test all elements to be sure the stove/oven is safely operating. And If there are other issues, inform the homeowner of what additional work needs to be done so that it can be scheduled. It’s common sense and a clear failure on your part not to train your technicians accordingly.
