If you’re looking for a place to service or purchase an HVAC system, this is where you should go. There’s no use in going anywhere else. The service crew are very knowledgeable and courteous. You won’t be disappointed.

I wish it would let me leave 0 stars. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The lack of attention is nothing short of laziness and incompetence. They came out to my nephews home and stated that he only needed 2 capacitor’s, condenser coil cleaned, supposedly checked the heat kit, and informed them that they need an air filter. My nephew is in the military and just moved down here so when they experienced some more issues he called me because I’m an hvac technician. Upon arrival it was obvious that a high pressure switch had been bypassed, which will allow the unit to continue to run even if the refrigerant pressures are too high. Without that switch to shut off the unit in a situation like that it could possibly cause a catastrophic failure. I also discovered a refrigerant leak, holes in

I called mid-morning on Monday regarding an issue with my heatpump system. I spoke with Teresa - who was very nice and helpful. She said she could schedule a technician to come to my house on Monday afternoon. WOW! Glenn showed up around 3:30 and quickly assessed and resolved the issue. He was very polite, respectful, explained everything, and answered ALL of my questions. Kudos to Adams Air! Great staff, quick response, and genuinely concerned about my needs.

Adams gets 5 stars again from me. Teresa at the front desk is very friendly and got an appointment scheduled for the next day to check my HVAC. Dakota was very professional and explained what he was checking on my unit. He had everything running again quickly. My service bill was very reasonable. Thanks!
