**Do not use Adams Contracting if you want your home to last!** My home was built by Adams Contracting, and they failed to honor their one-year home warranty. After less than a year, numerous issues arose. After 3 years I have plumbing to HVAC problems, which were diagnosed by other professionals as poor workmanship and design flaws. Adams Contracting used subcontractors who seemed more focused on passing inspections rather than ensuring the home was livable without problems down the road. When I contacted them to address these issues, they simply responded that the house was built to code and passed inspection, ignoring the clear problems identified by other home professionals. Adams Contracting did a amazing job replacing my roof. It was completed very quickly and the workers were very nice and respectful of my property. The job was very fairly priced. I would highly recommend them for any home project.

I contracted to have them remove and replace rotted wood around my door. I should have known right up front that it wouldn't be good. The guy that came to see what work needed to get done and give the estimate couldn't be bothered to show up to the work sight to make sure his workers are doing what they are supposed to do. At the end of two days worth of work, I go inspect and they've left fully half the job undone. I had to take another day off work for them to come back and finish what they couldn't be bothered to do the first two days. Then, once the job was done, it looked nice. Little did I know, I'd just gotten scammed. They removed just enough rotted wood to make it look okay, then caulked and painted over the rest to hide that they didn't do the work for which I paid them.
