Second time using Doug and his company, and once again—fantastic service. My floors are still in great shape three years later, even with a young child. They were able to come out quickly, were competitively priced, and extremely professional. The team was respectful of my home and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Doug (the owner) and his son are the dream team! They had completed two projects for our neighbor previously and did a beautiful job. They just finished our entire first floor red oak refinishing along with a patch and installation of flush vents. They were professional, extremely accommodating with assisting me with stain color options and finished on time despite a snowstorm, emergency gas leak and power outage. I enjoyed the entire process with Adams Flooring from initial consultation, to working with the office staff on scheduling and am very pleased with our floors.

Doug and his family/team did an amazing job on our floors. We had a pleasant experience from the office staff to the installers and love our floors. Our current floors are Brazilian Cherry in some areas and we wanted to lay sand and finish hardwood in other areas that wasn’t BC. Doug listened to explain what look we wanted to achieve and made recommendations on how they could do it. We went with Red Oak finished in Loba with a whitener and the floors look amazing. Dylan and Doug’s son (sorry I didn’t get his name) did an awesome job. They explained the process to us and were patient with us when we were thinking about going another direction with the finish. I cannot over state what a beautiful job that Adams flooring did in refinishing and installing our wood floors. Our floors went from abused to looking like new! Excellent job with both pleasant and professional personal.We would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to family or friends!

Super kind and nice to work with. I wish I hadn’t let them talk me into the more expensive water based finish because it is garbage. Less than two years later and we are looking bad in all the same places that I expressed concern about. The water based finish is so soft that we have nothing but regret about the decision. Edit: This was a big purchase for us and we expected it to last - so I thought it would be helpful for others deciding between water and oil based finishes for the long term.
