The Generac installation went very well. It took 4 hours beginning to end. There were a couple of small issues with the deck. They were quickly resolved. Enjoyed talking with the installers. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I have had my Generac 20W unit for 13 years and for the last 6 years I have had Adams Electric maintain and service it. They reliably arrange yearly service appointments and are available for both emergency and non- emergent service calls. In my experience they respond quickly to requests and the techs are efficient and very competent. Recently I had a failure to start in winter weather and they found a frozen regulator and took care of the problem. I am very pleased with their company and service providers.

Great service, first mainly preventives just didn’t sound right! Big storm and I made phone call to check on availability! With in an hour a technician was here ! He knew what he was doing reassuring me just routine that was overdue. Offered plan and I had neighbor check out and was legit so went with plan. Very polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and did great explanation to a 91 year old lady. Would definitely recommend ADAMS… technician is a credit and a great representative of your company……

I had an emergency with my generac, it didnt want to start. So I called the company that I usually use and found out they fired the one guy that knew how to fix these. So they gave me some numbers to call, since they knew that I live solely on solar and needed my generator to power up my batteries. When I finally got to adams, because I had a list of numbers, they were the only ones that would come out in the evening to help me. Justin called me to let me know when he was leaving and asked me specific questions about the generator. He was a life saver because living off grid with no power could of made things much worse with the water pipes. We had a fault message for our generator and were out of town. Our long time generator service company was not responsive so we called Adams. They were very responsive, got a technician out very quickly and resolved the fault issue. Generator is now ready to go, if needed. Very happy with their responsiveness and professional manner.
