Adams Heating & Air Conditioning

I've heard nothing but good things about Adam's heating and cooling from friends who use their services and even better things about their service technician Jeremy Barker. I've known him since he first started in this trade almost two decades ago. He taught me how to be an HVAC handyman for my own home, to help me learn how systems work and how I can safely fix them myself. Only as a favor to help me as a long time friend and to help alleviate my financial situations. I highly recommend his services and any company that employs him. I would say you need to call Adam's heating and cooling for your next AC/heat service or emergency.

Adams is the only HVAC provider we have used in our house for 45 years. Obviously we are very satisfied with their service, but we would like to give a special shout out to the two Nelsons who installed our latest system. Super polite and kept us informed of their progress. If anyone is getting work done we hope you get these two gentlemen.

In my view, Adams Heating and Air has the best trained, experienced, polite and respectful HVAC techs and customer service people in Charlotte. In 2019, they installed a new 2 ton Trane XL16i heat pump for upstairs, and a Trane gas furnace and a 3 ton XL16i air conditioner for downstairs. Trane at the time used the same model number for both a heat pump and an AC unit. I also purchased an optional 10 year full LABOR cost warranty for each system. This warranty purchase proved to be worth it's cost, as over the years, there were some significant problems with the heat pump, including needing the evaporator in the air handler replaced. However, each time Adams diagnosed the problem, installed any needed parts, and there was no charge for parts or labor because of the warranty.

Professional, accommodating and service first. Had a great experience and Adams will be my go to. As a first time home owner, they have caught me for their business.

A totally Exceptional removal and replacement of the HVAC components and laundry room components. Being there is an Air Purification system installed additionally, what's Really going on??? ADAMS to the rescue!!! ALL the Individuals involved utilized a a variety of analytical techniques to correct and/or solve the problems in the attic (HVAC) and laundry room, Superior, exceeded the norm and demonstrated the Ability to Achieve desired results. Used Their abilities to the fullest. Jim delegated an outstanding Team to complete the mission.
