Adams Plaza Parking

Went to an event at the cultural center on a Sunday afternoon. We were stuck in the garage for over an hour because the exit gate was not working. Three people called 911 and no one came to assist. When they finally got the gate to go up, everyone continued to have problems. Since we all sat for so long after paying at the kiosk, everyone was having to pay additional $$ to get out of the garage. Terrible - don't ever risk parking here if you want to get out!!

Went to see a show at the Cultural Center on Valentines Day… spent close to an hour trying to get out of this parking garage… it wasn’t because of the amount of cars in the garage… it was because the gate must have been too complicated to get to operate…. When they have an event at the Cultural Center, they should at least have a person on site to help people if there is an issue. I ‘ll have to park elsewhere and walk 10 blocks.

Gate System failed after a show. There are dozens of cars trapped in here and the phone number on the kiosk has been disconnected. We had to call the police to force the gate open. I had to cancel our dinner reservations for my husband birthday since we've been stuck in here for over an hour. NEVER AGAIN. Updated to add: Found out the owner was contacted and refused to send anyone to service the system. Also, we were trapped there so long that we were charged an additional fee to get out. I will be taking this up with the credit card company.

Greak spot for the st. Patties day parade, just remember to validate your ticket in the lower level garage, the "at gate" ones didn't work and the help line was just told me to hoof it to the kiosk in the garage. Easy in, easy out and tons of room when street parking was non-existant.

Do not park here! You have to pay at machine, then sit in line, for the people that did not!
