Adams Water Damage Restoration Services

They were sent by my insurance company after a January 2021 storm caused a roof to leak. We were left with an unknown amount of water damage, which we didn't have the knowledge to deal with. In less than 24 hour, they were at our house to assess the damages and begin drying out. All of the staff were masked, and they were respectful at all times of SDing. A huge comfort. The extent of the damage meant that Brian was our go-to person for most of the project. It ended up bigger than expected. It was easy for us to deal with his professionalism. The company was able to make our house look better than before the storm.

What a group! Each employee was professional, courteous, and respectful. They exceeded my expectations! Half our house had water damage. The emergency call was answered within hours. The water was removed immediately. We were kept in the loop about everything that was happening. The Service Master crew coordinated with our insurance. The crew removed water, used dehumidifiers and replaced insulation. They also painted, removed damaged flooring, and installed new flooring. The workers did all the work they promised, and cleaned up every day. Our house is looking great! I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. The best!

They were amazing! They worked and worked with our insurer (and they fought for us). They completed the restoration of our barn as well as a full roof replacement (decking and shingles). CRC has been a wonderful experience. James MacArthur our project manager was extremely professional and attentive. The workers under Brian's leadership (we also know Alvin and Renaldo), were always courteous, professional and polite. The workers treated my home like their own, as they restored and tiled my bathrooms, including a rebuilt Vanity, took care of all my belongings and painted several rooms.
