I needed the A/c system inspected to diagnose lack of cooling ability and high energy use. They cane out and took 15 min,without going up the attic, before giving me an estimate to replace the system. I had a second company recheck it. They went into attic and found leaks in the ducting seams and connections. Would not recommend.
