Based on just today I would rate 0, but all my reviews aim to be fair and this review is on my entire experience and based on the following areas from 1 being the worst and 5 the best: Customer Service 3 Resolution Skills 1 Accountability 1 Professionalism 1 Pricing 3.5 Quality of product: 3 ( Shelves and drawers falling apart in less than 6 months) Quality of installation: 3 Warranties NONE Shelves and drawers falling apart in less than 6 months) A summary of my experience: Initially Tony was very friendly, flexible and helpful. Ceaser (the actual cabinet builder) a little disdainful with a frown. Anyhow that wouldn't matter much if he did a good job with the cabinets. I have had a negative experience with this company. I initially worked with them in the past and decided to rehire them, hoping that repeat customers would receive better treatment. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I made the mistake of paying them the total amount upfront, and I deeply regret it. The manager never showed up to the job, and they frequently canceled on the day without prior notice, causing the renovation to be delayed by a month and two weeks. This delay cost me a lot more money on top of the poor quality of work (photo attached). As a result, I had to terminate their services, and I am now pursuing legal action to recover whatever I can to fix all the terrible work they did. Great selection great service. Tony Jr. Was great he beat everyones prices and he stands by his word. Very easy to work with. If he doesn't have the tiles not to worry he'll find it and beat any price within reason. I purchased long plank tiles the appear like wood for the floors. Used Hexagon Emperador marble tiles for the shower floors. Arabesque white large tiles for the shower walls and kitchen back splash. We went with brown grout for everything and it brought out the white tiles and they look amazing. Thank you Tony Jr. For all your help the 4-plex came out great! We'll call you on the next project.

Tony and his guys are awesome. We purchased our flooring and installation from him, and couldn’t be happier with the results. He helped us find a style that we would love, and the installation was well done.

They have a huge selection of kitchen cabinets, tiles and flooring. But the best part is their service. Tony Jr. is beyond reasonable, honest and he went out of his way to make sure we get the products and meet our deadlines. Highly recommended!
