ADD are a bunch of very good plumbers with lots of OJT know how. They’re professional and courteous. Good people. They’ve had some management issues in the last two that they have overcome.

💥 Update 2-3-25 finally came and got the job done💥 Update 💥 ( no one has contacted me to solve this issue ). Okay here we go again... This company was contracted more than two times by my management company and everything has been a failure they come check get pictures and then it's a wait game...they get authorization due patchup work and then have to come back to replace what should have just been replaced in the first place... I have shared same reviews for both Conrad Property Management and ADD Plumbing ... Will update... Still got 4 stars to go .💥 update 💥 when plumbers left they said they will replace all fixtures turn off the water and make sure everything is alright... Haven't seen them since or heard from them.

I don't recommend working with ADD plumbing. Please check out other reviews as well. They came with an incomplete and incorrect work order. Messed up my bathroom shower then said it's not related to their work. Well, no one else did worked there. Now we are taking showers with the thinnest string of water. When we tried contacting them they often didn’t return our calls either.

Positives, courteous office staff and were willing to get someone out to give me an estimate within in a day. Cons, gave me a two hour window and never showed up. I call to find out what the problem is, the rep coming to do the estimate tells me he called an hour and half ago. I let him know it was not me and he tells me to check my voicemail. I am on the cell I gave them and there are no phone calls. The guy tells me he can no longer make it to my place on the scheduled day. I call the office to ask what number they called. The office no longer has the paperwork, they gave everything to the rep. Why would you not keep a copy in the office just in case there are problems, like this. I've used ADD plumbers on several occasions and they were prompt, did a first class job, and charged a reasonable amount for work done. I will use them again should the situation arise and highly recommend their services. Prior to this I had used Mike Diamond plumbers... they charged $800 just to put a vent in the sink plumbing.. Never again will I use them.... ADD rules!
