ADI Lock & Key

Locked my keys in late model car so needed to have a locksmith unlock the car. I contacted ADI and they had someone at my residential location in about 35 minutes. The technician was polite and courteous. He was able to unlock the car in less than 10 minutes.

Had a bad lock issue, staff was polite, professional, he got me going. Everything was fixed quickly and tested thoroughly. I highly recommend using them.

Man they arrived really fast! Getting locked out of your car sucks but the wait time wasn’t bad and the price was reasonable.

Horrible service don’t trust them don’t go with them. Don’t waste your time . I called them asked if they can do a key, they said send us a picture, So I did they said that they are able to do it next day this key ,Yes they said they can. I ask how much he said five dollars. He has a horrible accent I asked him several times is it gonna be five dollars? He said yes it’s gonna be five dollars at the end of the call again I ask is that gonna be five dollars? He says yes five dollars, next day I was driving there coming from Midtown , because there is an accident on the road I am 30 minutes . I had a missed call from them so I called them back. They asked if I am still coming. I said yes I am so he informs me that deluxe left, but he’s coming back. I asked if I should cancel the appointment
