The worst customer service. I called the first day and set up a time for someone to come and measure the area to install the carpet. They said they will send someone the next day, but no one showed up. I called in the evening and asked if there was an issue and they said they will send someone the next day. On the second day a guy came and measured the area and said they will call me to quote a price. No one called. On the third day I called and asked if they know the price. The guy didn’t even care to find out. Then I asked why they don’t respect their words. And the person who picked up didn’t even bother to let me know the price.. he automatically suggested I can go to other service providers. Thank you for waiting 4 days to let me know that! I hope you create a business plan good enoug
