Adirondack Basement Systems

We have had Adirondack Basement triple safe for many years now. This was a very good experience working with Stephen. He explained everything clearly and it was easy to make on the spot decision about replacing old equipment and plan future upgrades/replacements. If at all possible I would like to request he be the one to come out and service the equipment next year. Thank you Stephen

Chris the salesman explained and really sold the job. He was always kind and respectful. He came and actually talked to us multiple times. Loved that they called every morning. Tim explained what he was doing each day. Tyler and Dan almost seemed to read Tim's mind and brought him what he needed almost before he asked. They are a great team and very respectful and professional, it was a great experience.

I met Jeff Stewart at Albany Home show and set up an inspection of my concerns in my basement. Jeff came and looked at all of my concerns and carefully explained what my issues were. He told me that I didn't require any repairs and that overall, my basement looked good. While he could have fabricated some treatment, he said I didn't need any services. His statements calmed me and I appreciate his honesty. I would call him if I required any repairs in the future. He is a great person working for a great company. Thank you!

I recently bought a house with some products from ADK basement systems and had John Kruk come out and service them. John was awesome and walked me through everything step by step. He even walked out into 8 inches of snow to try and walk me through where the water drains into my yard. I’m super appreciative of John and his help now I have some knowledge of how my pump works. I’ll definitely request John for my next annual service!
