ADM Remodeling

Dennis converted a screened porch into a sunroom for us, and the result is fabulous! He drew up plans based upon our requests and followed through perfectly. He and his team were here daily as promised, were polite, efficient and cleaned up at the end of each day. Dennis did a wonderful job and we will definitely use him again for future projects. We highly recommend him and his team!

I highly recommend ADM for any project. The owner, Dennis, is very thorough in his quote and the actual work. He is communicative and shows up on time. I cannot say enough good things about him and his crew. I had ADM redo the tile around my fireplace from an 80s blah gray/brown tile to a nice beautiful blue toned tile. It turned out just as I had envisioned. I also had ADM gut and redo my kitchen. Woodcrafters did the custom cabinets.

Dennis and his team have done two roofing and porch projects at my home and the results were fantastic. He was very upfront with his product plan and quotation, his crew showed up on time, got the job done professionally, and Dennis personally worked with his crew for final cleanup an inspection. A job very well done for a fair price! We’ll definitely call ADM when it’s time for our next upgrade project!

Our project was a tub to shower conversion, with several unknowns and decisions to deal with like tile selections, shower curtain or glass wall, low curb for easy access, best placement of grab bars etc. Dennis was helpful in so many ways and the quality of work was more than expected. Easy to predictably communicate with and kept us full aware of their work schedules. During the project, we developed a roof leak during the heavy rains and we found ourselves fortunate Dennis and ADM who got into it quickly and got it fixed. 😎🤗
