Nick is wonderful! He always make himself available to me and my mom Irina in a timely manner. He is reliable, dependable, and has a great personality. If it needs work, he does it right. If it doesn’t need work, he won’t force it on you, which is a big deal among contractors. Thoroughly enjoy the professionalism he brings to the table. Nick fixed a HVAC installation problem left behind by the company we contracted. The previous company installed the unit incorrectly and was not able to fix it after coming back twice, and the issue caused leaking water that damaged our bedroom ceiling. Besides being reasonably priced, Nick also went above and beyond to extend our external drain line a little longer so it won't drip on the plants, without us asking. Since then we also hired Nick's company to insulate our crawl space. We highly recommend Nick for his knowledge in the space, honest and open communication, and quality work with reasonable pricing.

We called Nick for the first time about a month ago and asked if he can come over to check on a mini split that we inherited on a new home purchase. He quoted over the phone a price and said it shouldn’t be more. I explained to him, this unit is new to me and asked if he can show me how to clean the filters. He showed me, said the unit was in great shape. When he finished he told me it was 40 dollars less than the quote. I will call him back for work again.
