Adroit property solutions was recommended to me by a friend in my neighborhood. I’m so glad I chose to work with them because they are an amazing company. Calling to schedule my consultation was quick and easy, then Cody came out and gave me an estimate and the following day his team was able to show up and get the job done. I was pushed for time and they were able to complete the job sooner than expected, and that didn’t affect the quality of their work. My kitchen looks amazing all thanks to you, Cody and your team at Adroit. If you’re reading my review and are on the fence about working with this company, go for it! This was a kitchen sink cabinet with a quartz top. We were very particular about the porcelain sink was to be under mounted. No toe space, flush mounted drawers and doors. Total height including the quartz top was supposed to be 39 in. As clients we selected the faucets, the hardware, and the drawer pulls. Adroit was supposed to supply the sink . The trim was supposed to have a bead at the top. All the drawers were supposed to have a bead at the top. The edge should have been mitered, not just a piece of plywood slapped next to another piece of plywood. There was no back on the cabinet other than halfway up and then sort of cut around where the pipes came out. The cabinet was brought in without the sink or the top and then 2 weeks later a man arrived with an enamel "pan" sink! We immediate

I’ve known Cody and Adroit Property Solutions for almost 10 years now. I’ve always called upon them to take care of any of my requirements for remodeling, renovations or upgrades to our homes. They have an in-house wood work option which has been very good as they’ve built custom cabinets for our sons room. We have used them multiple times over the years and can certainly count of Cody and his team to get the job done right and promptly.

Recently had both of my bathrooms updated and Adroit did an awesome job. From helping me design my project to executing my dream Cody and the Adroit team were professional and responsive. As with any construction project there were a few unexpected surprises, however the team corrected issues immediately and without reservation. Thank you for the excellent job! First I want to say that Cody was the most professional owner and he was on top of his business. Cody did all my remodeling before we moved into the house and I have to say that all his trades did a fantastic job in every area. I had Cody take care of ripping up the tile from the entryway, entryway bathroom, carpet in the dining room to the kitchen and laundry room tile as well as the pantry tile and install all new plank tile throughout all those areas. He installed Kitchen Backsplash, french doors on the office, seamless glass and a bench as well as quartz bench top and window ledge in the master bathroom. I had him repaint the entire house and He fixed the second floor landing that was very wobbly and dangerous. The kids would have fallen down the stairs if it had not been addressed. Co
