The crew showed up four hours late, smelling like old cigarettes, and spent more time on their phones than actually working. They claimed they were 'integrating my smart home,' but all they did was drill five unnecessary holes in my drywall and then told me they didn't have the right bits to finish the job. When I asked when they’d be back, the foreman literally shrugged and said, 'whenever the parts ship.' It’s been three weeks. My living room looks like a construction zone, there’s dust everywhere, and they haven't returned a single one of my calls. To top it off, they charged my card the full 'installation fee' before even finishing.

The ADT company were very professional & did a great job with our driveway & sidewalks! They look beautiful! We would definitely hire them again for future jobs!

ADT got our driveway from total dirt road to a gorgeous paved run. The work was shockingly fast for how much work it was and such high quality, too! ADT came out, reviewed my job request, and had a proposal back to me before others even responded to my inquiry request. They kept in touch with me regarding scheduling and availability, so I was never worried about being forgotten. They were always cheerful and engaged when we interacted. I can't imagine not working with them again!!

ADT has always done excellent work for us. We’ve used them for concrete, tree removal, and landscaping and have always been happy with the work. Great, professional team.

Unfortunately, Mike's Tree service , apparently owned by ADT Constrcution, was a colossal failure. Their estimator came out when I wasn't home. I was given what I thought was a great price to remove a tree and grind the stump. The crew showed up early on a Monday morning with less that 1 hr notice when I was out of town. They chopped down and removed the wrong tree and then proceeded to chop down another wrong tree and remove it. Finally, they decided to ring our door bell, my wife answered, and was instructed which tree to chop down. I was then given a new quote, much higher than the original. Stuck between a rock and a hard place to have the right tree removed at a price of 140% higher than the original quote, Mikes tree service removed the correct tree. About a month later they came ou
