I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received at one of your store locations today. Prior to visiting the store, I called and spoke with a representative who confirmed that my battery was still under warranty and that it could be replaced. However, when I arrived, I was met with unprofessional behavior and resistance from the staff. An older employee initially tried to assist me but stated that he does not install batteries. He asked a coworker to help, who responded, “absolutely not.” I was then told I could either install the battery myself or take it to Pep Boys, despite the large “Free Battery Installation” sign posted outside the store. Did an online order for pickup here. Order process was smooth, and part was ready when I got there. Easy transaction with friendly and professional staff.

The lady sold me the wrong lightbulb even after looking up in their system what bulb goes with my car. It was the wrong bulb but I had already taken it out of the packaging because I trusted her expertise and ability to use their system correctly, the same lady refused to give me a refund or exchange the bulb. Do not go to this auto store. They’re incompetent and do not provide any service recovery when they make a mistake. Will never buy anything there again.

I drove to Advance Auto Parts on 9th Ava in Pensacola to buy tire dressing but when I arrived I was so impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store that I began browsing for additional items. I bought a pair the best Rain-X wiper blades and was very pleased at how easy they were to install on my Jaguar. JD was terrific as Kelley, the gentleman who checked me out. He was friendly, professional and walked with me to help me choose the Best Products. Hat’s off to the Advance Team! I’ll be shopping there again.
