Advance Auto Parts

Just purchased headlight bulbs for my challenger 35 minutes ago that their website said was a perfect fit for my car, get them home and go to install them and they don’t fit. Called store to ask if I could exchange them and they said no so now I’m out $64.94 and have to go somewhere else to purchase the right headlight bulbs🙄 will never purchase anything from Advanced Auto Parts again.

I love coming to see these guys. Not for the reason you think most because I know I’ll get great service and help when you need it.

My car decided not to start after shopping at HEB. I called my insurance roadside number and wasn't getting anywhere so I walked down to Advanced. Matt greeted me and I asked him if I could pay for someone to jump my car and he immediately said "no...I can do that for free ". ...like he's probably done hundreds of times. Well, he did, and I proceeded to buy a new battery from them (Matt and Jay) and Jay installed it right away. I was extremely pleased with their great service...and my food survived too!

My sister needed an emergency break job and bought the parts online from here, we unfortunately did not know that their store hours had changed and showed up right after closing. The people that helped us were so extremely nice and went out of their way to help us even though it was past closing and not their problem at all. Overall really great service and we will definitely be back! (Before closing next time lol)

This is the second time I have special ordered from this store. Each time I felt like a person instead of a number. I love the personalized service. Used to be more of an Autozone kind of guy but am switching to this Advance Auto parts store.
