Erik just left after expertly and professionally walking me through what problems the door had, what the company offers for replacements (even had demo materials) and then gave me 3 options from which to choose. He arrived early to his quoted show-time so I didnt have to wait around wondering if he was going to come and gave me a 45 minute heads up. So far I am very pleased. Update to follow after scheduled installation and functions test of new equipment! Edit: 2 days after install and everything seems to be working just fine. Installers were early and wasted no time. New spring, rod, bracket, and rollers with a can of lubricant for basic maintenance. All that in about 30 minutes.
