I got a new guy this year and he was very friendly and explained all the procedures he did on my unit. He was fast and efficient in working. I am so glad I went with this company. Couldn’t have asked for better worker. Just would like to let you know the amazing workers you have working for you. We have a Bryant Carrier Evolution 5 ton heat pump three zone system. It’s an over complicated POS with proprietary parts that Carrier will not support still under warranty. The system works beautifully when it works, but is a complete nightmare when it goes down. Few people are talented enough to work on this system. We’ve had an intermittent fault that would shut the system down. Other companies came here looked at the fault code said it was a board that they couldn’t source from Carrier charge me a service fee and not fix anything. Fortunately Advanced Heating & Air was recommended to us by a friend. Taylor came out looked the system over and came up with multiple options. He has our system in non communicating mode which bypasses the fault in the board on the outdoor unit. Additional

They were prompt, clean, courteous and not outrageously expensive. Paid far less than I expected to. They also came back out a second time when an inspection discovered something without charging me! Fantastic service, highly recommend.
