Update12/19/22. Still no call back. Had to have another company come out to fix 4 wires that were loose. Cost me $149 to fix their problem. All they had to do was call back, come out and fix the problem which took about 5 minutes. Unbelievably bad customer service. Had a gate and Solar opener installed. Gate looks great but Solar is inconsistent. Ok in summer but we have to keep open at night or we won’t get out in the morning to go to work. Left message about two months ago when the gate wouldn’t open and no return call. Left another message today. Will see if I get a call back. In the mean time I’m going to have to spend extra money over the $9,000 plus I paid this company to get the gate to work. Right now I have no security at night and sometimes during the day if it’s c

Unprofessional company! BEWARE!! They do not stand behind their product. I paid $7500.00 cash for a door that was never installed properly and $800.00 for a door handle assembly (double side) that doesn't latch most times and other times sticks. Several times almost couldn't get in! He wants cash to avoid paying his share of taxes then doesn't help his customers. He said he will not fix my door because I said he is Unprofessional! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CHECK REVIEWS ON YELP AND BBB!!

Went to Advanced Iron Works to see their showroom and really loved what I seen! I purchased a gate for the side of my house and they did a wonderful job! I could not be happier with the quality and service provided by the owners!

They never answer the phone I've been trying to get a hold of them for a couple of weeks now and they refuse to pickup the phone why have a number if ur not going to answer it won't be trying anymore. Just have to call someone else. Thanks for nothing advance iron works. IF ONLY I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS.
