This business is absolutely stellar when it comes to any of your key, lock, and overall locksmith needs. I was able to get my car key battery changed quickly & efficiently. Ash & Ken were both very professional and show such excellence at their craftsmanship. I couldn’t thank them enough for getting me in and out of their shop in under 2 mins. I highly recommend them for any needs anyone has in regards to their work. You truly feel like family in their store, and they help you as such. Amazing business with amazing people. They also had a great variety of key covers and key chains. I was lucky enough to get 2 of them. I truly could not recommend this place enough !!!

Ash was amazing! He helped me get a new key for my mailbox and installed a new lock in literally five minutes. His hospitality was outstanding, he treated me like family and made the whole process quick and easy. I felt very well taken care of, and I highly recommend Ash to anyone who needs a locksmith.

I had an excellent experience with Advanced Lock and Key. I initially went to their store to ask if they could help with two issues at my home: my front door’s bottom lock was not latching, and my screen door lock wasn’t latching either. I brought photos of both doors and locks to show them. From the moment I walked in, the office staff, Kincaid, greeted me warmly. Within minutes, one of the owners, Ash, came out, listened carefully, and assisted me right away. Ash was appreciative that I drove all the way out to the store rather than just phoning them. That kinda made me feel like he appreciated my time and effort. We scheduled a home visit for the very next morning. I had an issue with my double doors not closing properly. One door was rubbing on the other so I called a handyman first. He came and told me that he would have to remove the molding around the double doors on the side of the double doors just so he can get a tool that can adjust the hinges which didn’t seem right and then he told me he would need a few hours which was really weird so thankfully, I chose not to go with the Handyman. I called advanced lock and key a gentleman by the name of Ash picked up the phone. I explained my situation to him and he advised me that he can come and take a look and see what the issue is with the lock when he came he made me feel at ease when he told me we treat everyone like family and I’m gonna do the best to help you out today. My friend recommended me to this shop, who Ash also cut a key for, and when I spoke to Ash i saw he was a great genuine guy. I needed my Honda CRV 2023 reprogrammed after I lost a key and he gave me a price, we shook on it and that was exactly the price I paid. It took him 10 minutes and I had 2 new keys ready. 100% great business owned by a great owner and would recommend to anyone looking for a warm welcome and great service!
