Disappointing Service and Missed Diagnosis Date of service: November 19 I was working night shift and had an appointment scheduled between 12–3 PM. By around 2:55 PM, no one had arrived, so I called the office because I needed to get back to sleep. Someone did come out shortly after, but not the technician I was originally told would be coming. My wife and I clearly explained that the heat was not working. The technician who arrived was condescending and insisted that what we were experiencing was “normal.” He stated that the air felt cold because of our body temperature and told us the system was functioning properly after doing a brief “check.” Fast forward a few days — during much colder weather, our home temperature was stuck around 66 degrees. We called a different HVAC company, a

Justin and Brent were excellent. Cleaned up the ignitor and the fire sensor and replaced loose stew which it what they expect was the issue. It was loose because stripped some. Put in larger screw and checked the heat exchanger. Was in great shape. Happy that we should have reliable heat with a cold snap coming. Great experience.

We’ve had both of our units replaced with Advanced Mechanical, and great interactions with all technicians! In our recent winter service, Justin was incredibly thorough, and went above and beyond to explore what he thought may be a clog in our drain pipe, ultimately preventing an issue that could have gotten much worse.
