Bill Osborne is the best!!!! If he says he will be there - he will. Not like others who never show up!!!! He is very pleasant and very knowledgeable and totally took care of my sprinkler system. Keep up the great work Bill!!!!!!!

First Mr. Osborne did show up when he said he would, after the repair I notified him that I needed a itemized receipt for the water Dept. to show that I had repairs done, I called him and he stated that he would get that to me by early afternoon. I waited until 8:00pm tried to call him got his voice mail, I sent him two texts no response. Finally he did call back and when he did send a receipt it was a blank piece of paper with just the name of his company on it. I ran my sprinklers the next day and the same issue came back. I called Mr. Osborne back to see if he could come back to look at the problem all he did was give me a run around and he never did show up.
