Do not hire this company! The owner is arrogant and rude. I had my dryer vent and house vents cleaned for almost $500. A year later my dryer vent is spewing lint and he wanted to charge me another $140 to check the problem. The owner tried to tell me my dryer wouldn't work if the job wasn't done correctly? Awful.

I was honestly hesitant to use this company again after seeing some of the recent negative reviews, even though they’ve been my preferred vendor for nearly 8 years. I called on Thursday for their next available appointment and was scheduled for Monday — super quick turnaround. They completed the service today and I have zero complaints. The technician arrived early, was polite, and even wiped his boots before coming inside (without being asked). He did exactly what needed to be done, put everything back in place, and left the area spotless. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Trust me — if there was anything to complain about, I’d find it. But once again, they delivered the same reliable, professional service I’ve always experienced.

Wanted air and dryer vents cleaned. Made appointment while sister hospitalized with respiratory issues emphasizing importance to scheduling due to her poor health and not wanting to be away from hospital longer than necessary. Was reassured reliable within noted time frame. Half hour after scheduled time still no show so called. His halting speech attempted to say he said a later time and would be there shortly. Much later he appeared with helper. He cleaned, flying through, dryer and 4 ceiling vents, utilized disinfectant in time helper took to clean 1 room. I had to rush out but later noticed the kitchen vent no longer worked properly, the top of the washer and dryer were dusty and the dryer was off balance. And realized I never saw pics of vents. Do not hire this company for any service, I hired this company for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. They came on time. During the service they unplugged HVAC water pump and never plugged it back . They used that plug with power on their cleaning machine. This went unnoticed by me for a week as I went for a vacation. The water was all over by basement, and it caused around $10k to repair by HVAC. I raised a claim with the company. They were so unprofessional and never admitted their mistake. The owner is pretty adamant and speaks very rude. Never ever hire this company.

Never hire this company- The person Scott was very rude with me. He gets frustrated easily when you are trying to understand and question him about what $ is for what service. He started raising his voice and was very disrespectful. And when I tell him to stop shouting and don’t show me the attitude he hung up on me. Very disappointing.
