Advanced Air Care

Andy and Brad came out to my house today for a duct cleaning. They did a wonderful job! Before and after pictures are night and day. Very friendly gentlemen, explained everything before hand. Aimee had contacted me after inquiring through their website. Everything was super easy start to finish. Highly recommend this company! Will be using them in the future. I pulled the vent off behind my couch out of curiosity before making the inquiry. Have posted before and after pictures. They also provided before and after pictures of main vents.

We heard of advanced air care through a friend who also used them for their air duct cleaning. Cost was average. Communicating with them was very easy and I’m thankful they worked with me. Experience with technicians was okay. I wasn’t there but my husband was. They came an hour earlier than the estimated time arrival which was inconvenient but my husband worked it out with his work. They mentioned they were going to touch the thermostats but never turned it back on or never told us they were turning it off, which made sense why they needed to turn it off but we weren’t staying at the house yet so when I stopped by a couple days later, the house was freezing. Luckily no pipes burst but we had to gradually reheat the home. They took off their shoes entering the home which we are appreciat

The team is amazing they took time to protect floor with drop clothes. Cleaned up excellent before and after pictures of ductwork. Will use them moving forward

Tyler was amazing with communication about getting our air ducks cleaned. Came in and immediately went to work. Also has a great sense of humor. Tyler got the job done and will definitely call them again when time comes to clean out air ducks again.
