We have used Advanced Air in the past so we knew that Kevin was very knowledgeable and had great solutions to our unique HVAC issues. We needed a new furnace during the snowstorm. The Advanced Air crew plowed our street shoulder and driveway and shoveled a path to our Bilco doors to start the job. They replaced our entire HVAC system, added a new zone and thermostat to our upstairs, and replaced our well tank. They wore covers on their boots when they walked in the house and swept up the basement when they were finished and the crew was friendly and informative. The office manager Jessica is extremely friendly when you call. We would definitely recommend them!

AVOID THIS COMPANY – Classic cracked heat-exchanger scam Scheduled a routine furnace maintenance/tune-up with this company. Paid $92 for the service call. The technician was in my house less than 10 minutes. He never: • Put a combustion analyzer on the furnace to check for carbon monoxide • Used a borescope/camera to look inside the heat exchanger • Performed anything that resembled an actual tune-up (no cleaning, no testing) He then immediately told me my heat exchanger was “cracked and dangerous,” my family was at risk of carbon monoxide poisoning, and the furnace had to be replaced. He offered a “same-day discount” if I replaced just the furnace ($7,000+) or an even bigger discount if I replaced the furnace + perfectly working 8-year-old AC together ($18,000+).
