I would not recommend using advanced air. Although The technicians were professional and knowledgeable, and quickly identified and resolved the issue, which turned out to be a faulty capacitor. There were issues with their process. They initially scheduled the visit for after 5 PM but didn’t update me on delays until after 11pm. It was 94 in the house and since I thought they were coming I had no chance to ask someone else to come. They never shows up until next day afternoon! Then instead of inspecting the issue and telling me how much to fix it, which they were suppose to do so I can approve the repair. Instead they fixed it. Took them 10 minutes to switch out a $20 capacitor which now they said the cost is over $600 bucks! I called them and all they could say was sorry about that.

Advanced air took advantage of me and my grandmother. They sold us a commercial sized unit for a double wide mobile home we later found out that it was a commercial sized unit. It has rarely ever worked. We have called multiple times over the past three years to get them to come out here to try and fix it. None of them could even think of a reason why it was not working so we called Koontz Heating and Air. Within 30 minutes of them stepping foot on the property. One technician was able to figure out the problem and solve it and get us air-conditioning again after three years of problems. I will never use advanced air again. I will never recommend them. I hope they go out of business. I will forever use Koontz heating and air. They have helped me and helped my grandmother tremendously.

I had a technician named Joe Miller come to my home and he was very knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend the guy!

I have to express my appreciation! Jeff and Ben came out to fix a wire I accidentally cut while trimming and removing a bush and there honesty and expertise was like no other! They not only fixed my mistake they also serviced the AC unit at both our homes! They where extremely thorough and explained so much too me! Advanced Air gets 5 stars from us and will be the only company we will use moving forward! Thanks guys!

We had a leak in the wall and Advanced Air Home Services came out within 2 hours to fix the water line. My husband was a plumbing contractor his whole life a very critical about others doing plumbing work. He came into he bedroom where I was with the dogs to tell me that the plumber really knew his stuff! I’ve never heard him compliment another plumber! When I came out to meet him and pay the invoice, I was pleased to find Greg Moore to be very polite and accommodating to our needs. I will highly recommend him and this company to anyone! Thank you!
