Advanced Air Systems

This was one of the best experiences I have had when it came to my home. Nathan went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the in’s and out’s of my current mini-split systems problems and what exactly the repairs would consist of. He made sure that there were no questions left unanswered. He was extremely helpful!!

Our safety and security is the utmost importance to my husband and I. We are retired and recently moved here to Safford. Advanced Air does a remarkable job of ensuring we feel safe when their technicians come to our home. They always send pictures and a bio of each technician who will be coming to our home. They are always courteous and respectful and very pleasant. Even the staff who answer the phones provide the best customer service. This is something that is hard to find these days. The technicians are knowledgeable and seem well trained. Who would have imagined that an air conditioning company even provide plumbers. Even though we are on a limited budget we buy their VIP service package. They take good care of us.

Exceptional service. Marcus and all their techs have gone above and beyond to help me with every issues I have ever had! I bought a new system from them and they are great on getting me scheduled ASAP! Their wire was on my new A/C, checking all the ventilation throughout the house.

We had them come out to check our gas lines we were told were leaking. They spend a good time working on them, said they fixed three leaks but there was more. In the end said our only real option was replacement and quoted us 16k. We looked into other options and found a cheaper one, AND when the new company was checking for leaks, they found one on the spot they said they fixed. When we informed them that they did not do the job we payed them for they simply blamed it on the age of our house and not the fact that the tech didn’t do their job. Honestly super disappointed in this service considering the price and reputation they have.

Mikie (supervisor) was intent on (and achieved) perfection. Delivery and comms were handled by Taenia and the techs, Caleb, Airin, Tomas, Xander, and others were respectful and professional when installing the fantastic Goodman (USA-engineered/built) HVAC package unit, ducts, and vents in a 35 year old house with a cramped attic. The system is silent and works flawlessly through a high-tech Honeywell thermostat, just like Reggie, the salesperson, said it would. It changed our life! I'm a retired engineer (w/painfully high standards!) and I give them six stars!! Thanks team!
