Technician was very personable. He arrived on time. He asked me what the problem was. Then he investigated and found the problem. It was necessary for replacement parts to be ordered. He kept me informed during each step. Replacement part arrived in about a week. I was called and tech arrived to complete repair. Highly recommend this company. This was not the first time I used them.

Paul responded immediately to my repair request for both my dishwasher and dryer; fixed them same day and gave a realistic estimate. Excellent experience!

Just had a technician come out for an estimate, which took 5 minutes, and they charged $100, which I later found out wouldn’t be applied towards the repair. The repair would’ve cost an additional $600, and it was just the rubber gasket that needed to be replaced in my washer. I didn’t end up getting the repair with this company because I found another appliance repair company to do it for half the price. Would not use them again.
