I had the services from Advanced Appliance Repair Services for inspection/ fixing my dish washer, fridge, washer/ dryer and they are very responsive and provides the appointments mostly on the same day. They provided me with honest quote and what repairs are needed. I like checking with these guys first on any appliance before taking any decisions on buying new appliance(s) which are expensive. They were able to fix my dish washer, fridge, dryer which are still working without any issue. They asked me to replace my washer as it’s not worth spending on repairs rather buy a new one which lasts for couple of years. That way they are honest and deliver quality work. I highly recommend them for any of the appliance repairs.

Outstanding performance from start to finish. My call was answered by Leon, the owner of the 2 plus decade old business at 5 pm. He was on site at noon the following day for a service call to diagnose our 35 yr old SubZero freezer. He returned 2 days later with the special ordered SubZero replacement defrost heater system and completed a challenging replacement procedure patiently and professionally. Leon was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Two days after the repair, I received a follow up call from the office manager- checking that we were happy with our repair. If I could rate my experience as 10 out of 5 stars I would.

Had them come out to repair my fridge/freezer. Took about a week to get the motherboard back, luckily have back up in basement. After about a month everything is still running good. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future. Also had them come out to repair my double oven, again they were professional and got the job done. Thank you!
