I purchased a brand new Frigidaire kitchen stove and had it delivered. The oven door and bottom door closed askew. I called Frigidaire about it and they sent in Advanced Appliance Services per warrantee. It was a good experience. Scheduling was great in that I work at home and have appointments. They arranged a time slot that meshed with my available time. And then Daniel was there spot-on at the scheduled time. We live on a dirt road in a rural area, so we're not exactly easy to get to. And then for the issue at hand, my new stove got a thorough inspection. Some of my concern was in fact a cosmetic design flaw of the stove. There was some genuine damage to the lower drawer and Daniel was able to put it right in short order. I feared my stove had seen some rough handling in ship
