Julian was an awesome and responsive contractor during the bid phase of my project. We had a need for an addition replaced after an accident. He stayed in touch and gave us comprehensive quotes and information. They was always responsive, and happy to talk and answer any questions over email, text or via phone call. While we ultimately went with a different bid, it was very close and I hope we can work with Julian in the future, I have no doubt he would have done an excellent job!
