My wife and I have been in our house for 5 years. Brand new unit was installed when we bought the house, new home of course. We have had regular service done on our unit and the system went out. Our neighbors had the same problem. System is not big enough to cook the house. Would I recommend Advance Heating and cooling for any repairs or installation? Absolutely not!!!!! Canady’s is the way to go when it comes to hearing and cooling, professional service and they have adequate knowledge.

Absolutely terrible experience. Advance Care Heating and Cooling is one of the most untrustworthy companies I’ve ever dealt with Their customer service is equally disappointing. After expressing my concerns, I received no accountability, no resolution, and no professionalism. They clearly care more about quick money than actual customer care or honest work. Save yourself the stress and money. I would never recommend Advance Care to anyone.

Had new unit installed by one of Rick's (the father) newer team back in 2018 and Richard (son) was great coming out to fix things they hadn't done correctly (one of the issues was the drip pan area not being set correctly and it overflowed/leaked through the ceiling). Had to replace a part on it 5 years later. Fast forward to 2025 and the entire duct system needs to be replaced, because when they installed the unit they didn't seal the main unit off properly and it caused condensation issues (completely rusted the drip pan) among other things. Now I'm faced with $5k worth of work to fix the problem throughout the air ducts (which were put in as a spider system with tubing that tears very easily).
