Advanced Carpet Care: Green Bay Carpet Cleaning

This is our first experience with Advanced Carpet Care. Our previous carpet cleaner had retired. After looking online and seeing the 5 star reviews for Advanced Carpet Care, we decided to setup an appointment with them. My wife had called on a Saturday and left them a voicemail. Gary contacted us back on Sunday morning (he was even out of town) and setup an appointment with us. They arrived on time, verified what rooms/carpets needed cleaning and went right to work. We had already moved furniture out of the rooms so they were quick and efficient. The carpets dried within 8 hours. We cannot comment enough on how nice they look!! We’ve had a few people over and each one has commented on how nice they look. We are very pleased and will definitely continue to use their services. V

Gary and his son do a fantastic job! As a professional realtor, homes come up that need to be listed with short notice sometimes- Gary was able to rearrange his schedule to get my clients carpet cleaned in just two days so we could have the home show ready before the weekend- and it made a world of difference since there were pets in the home! Shout out to them! I’ve been using them for several years and will continue to do so. Worth every penny!! Thanks for helping in a pinch!

This company is off the charts when it comes to Customer Service. They are outstanding. The owner Gary and his son were super efficient and professional at getting the job done very quickly and their communication was awesome through the process. I will only hire them. I wish they were located in more cities. In addition, they are super helpful with other concerns in my home and a great resource!

We had a sectional couch that has been well-loved by our whole family, including our two large dogs. When they got done cleaning it the couch looked brand new! They were so fast to respond from the time of requesting an estimate to completing the service. Our carpets and couch look amazing. I could not be happier with their work!
