Advanced Cleaning

Would not reccomend. They can't even clean the countertops in the office. Floors are always sticky and shelves are dusty. No matter how many times they "say" they come and clean the office it is always a mess. The only thing they do is take out the trash and clean the toilets. There were coffee spots on the floor in my office for 1 week. Yet, they say they mop every week day. We have to dust and clean our own desks or they will stay filthy!

Needed upholstery and area rug cleaned after family all got sick with a stomach/intestinal virus during Thanksgiving visit. Vomit, feces, and urine on sofas, stools, wool area rug. Jonathan was the technician who worked on cleaning but was only able to remove stains/odors from two item of the 6 pieces of furniture. Charged me $460 for nothing. When he left, still smelled urine on sofa, and diarrhea stains/odors on area rug and bar stool. I was able to remove diarrhea stains from bar stool with solution I made from online website. Costly and very disappointing. Had to call in another company that I had used before and they removed the stains. Waste of money. DO NOT USE.

Jonathan from Advanced Cleaning & Restoration did a fantastic job for us. We needed some carpet cleaned due to cat urine. He was professional and went above and beyond. Now two days later, the odor is completely gone. Thank you!

I have used this company before and they were excellent however this time the gentleman came an hour late. His shoes left dirt everywhere and his hose took chunks out of the baseboards and scrapped the walls at every turn. Very disappointed. I would not recommend.
