We have a huge 10x14 rug with a 50/50face of wool and viscose. We made our appointment for cleaning and they picked up our rug a couple days later. They brought it back one week later and it looks fantastic. The delivery guys came within the promised window both times and were friendly and quick. So impressed! Thank you!!

They pick up your rug and deliver it back to you a week later. It was an easy and wonderful experience. The price was extremely reasonable.
