I highly recommend Advanced doors. I have an aging system. It needed serious help. The opener wouldn't work, the door was really noisy. Sam came out next day and did an inspection. He gave me several options to choose from. He clearly explained the benefits and disadvantages of each choice. Sam let me take my time to make my decisions. He was not pushy at all. He sold me on a package to update my old system. He didn't push me to buy everything new. He helped me save money by renewing the worn parts. That's important to me. The garage door works great now. Bought our garage doors when building our house over a decade ago. Over 10 years & cycling through so many openings & closings we’ve needed basic maintenance. Even after 10 years they were still under warranty. Quick to respond & great customer service. Great group of employees as I just had Aiden, Jack, & Royce stop by yesterday to o warranty some springs.
