Today I had a water heater and softener installed. Zachary and Kasen did an amazing job! They were clean and efficient. They answered all of my questions. Customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend this company!

They went through the extra effort to work around our busy schedule, and arrived promptly on time. Tyler was our technician. He was awesome, pleasant to work with very knowledgeable. We own a 2 year-old townhouse that we purchased for my son to live in while he attends Utah State. I was surprised when he called me at 4:45 pm on Friday to let us know that he had come home from school & the furnace wasn't working. Not knowing who to call since we live 3 hours away, we reached out to Advanced Heating & Air since they offered after-hours service. Gabe came within the hour & was able to quickly figure out the problem. Because Thanksgiving was approaching, it would take 7-10 days to get replacement parts. He & my son were able to put their heads together to come up with a creative & safe solution to get the furnace working for several days until he was able to obtain parts. Our furnace quit working and our friend recommended we contact Advanced Heating and Air, and they were able to fit us in the same day. They came and did a tune-up and cleaned our furnace and got it working. Their staff was very friendly and efficient. We had an estimate from another company earlier this year for a tune-up and we ended up paying a lot less then we were quoted from the other company.

We have 2 geothermal systems that had issues for years and we could not find a reliable company to service until we called advanced heating & air, they sent a service tech out who was amazing, pulled the spec sheets and resolved all of our issues! Christian was amazing with his knowledge and the office was very prompt in keeping us informed at every step! We greatly appreciate and recommend Advance Heating and Air to anyone in need
