Outdoor oil line was gelled up during a 5 degree morning. I texted John at 6:10am. He was there before 9am. He is no nonsense, honest, and demand quality parts and not aftermarket junk. I am a service engineer on critical medical equipment and take my job seriously, so I require excellence from those I hire.
