Advanced Insulation System

John sent Victor and his team to clean out the old insulation and installed Rockwool for us. John is the man of his words and kept his promise of a clean attic after cleanout. Victor and his team are amazing. They arrived on time, spent the extra hour to make sure everything was done right (putting insulation under the wire instead of just laying over), and cleaned the area afterwards. I can't recommend enough of this company and Victor's team.

I had a positive experience with AIS. Matt the owner came out to give me an estimate to install a vapor barrier under my manufactured home. He was very thorough but not pushy. He also recommended I install 3 exhaust fans and gave me other tips regarding how to solve the moisture problems under my home. And I liked that he was going to install a high quality 15mil barrier which is thicker than what others were going to use. The crews were very polite, hard working and easy to deal with, accommodating my needs (I can be picky ;) Though the project took longer than expected, in the end I was satisfied with their work and would use them again. Thanks guys!

I would caution others before hiring this company. The quality of the vapor barrier installation in the crawlspace at my home in central San Diego Jun 2025 was very poor. The crew worked unsupervised and failed to install the barrier correctly—leaving gaps, exposed ground areas, and placing the new material over debris and old construction waste instead of clearing it out first. Two highly reputable, independent inspectors later confirmed that the vapor barrier was not properly sealed along the crawlspace perimeter, leaving the area vulnerable to excess moisture and potential mold growth. The lack of proper installation and oversight completely undermined the purpose of the project. After requesting twice during the final phone call with the company owners not to be contacted any further

These guys were great for attic insulation and attic fan! Corey and the crew were very communicative through the day and the entire process. I understood that it would take the entire day but Corey and the guys finished by 2:30 and even hung the string lights I had in the attic without me even asking. All nice guys and I'm very happy with the job. I would definitely hire Advanced Insulation Systems again. The owner Matt provided me with the initial estimate and I had confidence from the beginning that I could work with them. I'm very satisfied.

I recently had my attic cleaned up, rodent-proofed, and re-insulated, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team—Victor, Corey, Noe, and Louie—was outstanding throughout the entire process. They were incredibly accommodating to my schedule and needs. I was especially impressed by how clean they kept the work area and how thorough they were with the rodent proofing. If you need attic work done, I highly recommend asking for this crew!
