Top notch service. Mac represents Advanced IPM extremely well and his ability to communicate what needs to be done and then accomplish it is second to none. He always communicates with me earlier on in the week before he comes, the morning of, and shortly before he arives so that I am prepared for him. There's never any issues. I'm extremely impressed with Advanced IPM, especially Mac! My place looks great. I can't believe The pre-emergent spray they offered and Mac delivered on. I have zero weeds on my 5 acres. Every time he comes over and we go out to check on him, the guy is working extremely hard. From a business owner in service work and a homeowner, I would indubitably recommend this place for pest and weed control. Thank you Advanced IPM and Mac Asurmedi!

Andrew does a great job. He always texts me the night before he comes to service our home, and always rings the bell when he arrives to ask if there’s any special needs we have before he begins. Always professional and polite. He’s a great customer service rep and a great technician as well.

Been with Ben at Advanced Integrated Pest for about a decade now. Have had such a great experience. Since we started with them, rarely do we get many bugs irritating us - inside OR outside. We did have a mice/rat issue awhile back, but it was completely dealt with in a swift & professional manner. Ben is friendly, trustworthy (as he sprays in our otherwise locked backyard) and is just a good guy. Cannot recommend them/him enough.

Matthew has always been very friendly, informative, gets the jobs done, and is nice to our dog when he happens to be running around like a crazy guy when he comes for service. He has helped us with a wasp issue, a mouse issue, and cockroaches in the garage. I’m very glad we started service with Advanced IPM.

Joey always goes above and beyond to make sure our pest concerns are addressed even if that means making a special trip to our home. He’s also very good about notifying us of plans to come service our home days in advance and is very flexible if we need to have him come out on a different day. By far the best tech we’ve had with Advanced since the contract inception 12 yrs ago!
