Advanced Mechanical Systems

Jared came out this morning to inspect our system and install a replacement exhaust fan in our attic. He and his helper were professional and efficient. They are always here for us when we need them!

They were nice when doing the estimate. Quality of install was terrible. 1. They cut an unnecessary hole in my floor because they forgot to open one of the duct stops and were trying to get better flow. 2. Where they installed blower causes vibration in my den. 3. Power cable wasn’t long enough to my condenser. 4. When I’ve called them out to check problems they are way behind and can’t get to it in reasonable time. 5. Recently gave up and called another company and payed them to fix it even though still under warranty.

I came home from vacation to it being 88 degrees inside of my home. AMS was able to send someone out to me the same day. They worked late into the afternoon to get the outdoor unit up and running. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about what he was doing. They checked several typical maintenance type things to be sure it was fixed in the most cost conscious way instead of trying to sell me a new unit (since mine is so old) or an expensive part. 10 out of 10! Will recommend to all of my friends and family.

This company came out the same day I called and go our unit back up and running! on a hot July day!
