Difficult to connect with. Told by Craig that I did not need to be home for an inspection at my home for vole control. He called me after saying he could not see evidence of any problem on my property. Meanwhile my above ground pool had to be taken down and semi ingrounded due to vole tunnels. Then ensued a series of phone tag calls looking for a time when Craig could come back. Today he informed me that he was headed to my house at 3:15 and would get there by 3:40. I left work immediately and headed home but got stuck in traffic from an accident. Craig called me at 3:55 and refused to wait any longer even though I was on the access road and saw him pass me. I should have left this review sooner. 23 years ago you had to convince me to get the stainless steel cap. With the wind this week, I had 2 chimney caps in my yard. The neighbors asked for your number because they have to replace theirs every few years. Thank you, and next time I’ll take your advice without the drama 😀 Yes, I know my siding is gross, I was lazy but first nice day the power washer is coming out.

Craig at Advanced Nuisance Wildlife Control Services and his colleague Lee are amazing. Lee came the next day to investigate a squirrel problem. They are responsive, knowledge and reasonable. Fair, trustworthy and able to handle any animal issue.

Craig is a master at his craft! He located the animal with state of the art equipment and had it removed within 48 hours. We can't be happier with the results. Very professional and fair priced. Highly recommended!
