We cannot say enough about Advanced Pest Solutions. We have a house that uses SIP panels, which have many advantages, but are prone to Carpenter ant damage. For 20 years, we had used the largest pest company in our area of midcoast Maine. They sent different employees each visit, none of which were familiar with SIPS, so we had to keep showing them the potential problems. Once a novice was accompanied by an instructor and HE knew nothing about them! Ken has specific training with this type of construction. I had their outside and inside treatments done today and will have subsequently over the next year. Priced a bit lower than competitors, which dandy enough, what I believe sets these wonderful folks apart is they do not require a contract! They informed me of everything I needed to know, shared some points I should give my attention to, and helped me understand what to expect moving forward.
