Advanced Pipe Repair

Tyler and Caesar and Mike came to my 2000 sqft house to examine the sewer lines during the inspection period of my sale. They all arrived on time, (even though they came a long way in different vehicles) and spent about 2 hours doing a very thorough inspection. They were. very tidy, conscientious and informative. It turned out that we didn’t need any work done, but Tyler provided me with an inspection report and the high quality videos, which I am able to use during the negotiation period. Thanks guys! Money well spent for the peace of mind.

Tyler and Mike performed a camera inspection of my lines. They were courteous, professional, and thorough. They were not there to "find" a problem, and Tyler gave me a thorough explanation of their findings. When I do decide to replace my pipes, they will be the first place I call.

Advanced Pipe repair has completed 2 project's for me, both in the same fourteen store building, 2-5" and 1-6" vertical vent risers and the the main lateral waste line. Clayton and his crew did a remarkable job, always on time, staging, prepared all location with plastic making sure everything was protect from damage before any work was started. The state of the art equipment for seeing inside the pipes and cleaning of the pipes to reinstatement of all lateral lines was impressive to say the least, and upon request we were provided video's of before cleaning after cleaning after liner was installed and after reinstatement was completed. The project was professionally done and in a timely manner. This work was done in side a Federal Building in Dallas, Tx.

I refuse to even give this company a 1 star. One of my service techs called to get prices on a soft bump and was verbally quoted a price by the owner and then was told the timeframe of the repair. When my service tech called to set up the repair-they would never call back. Everytime we called from the office phone-they would pick up and then hang up. I had to call from my cell phone to get someone to answer, I was informed by a very rude person that they would not do the work-do not advertise certain things if you cannot do them!!!! I would never recommend this company. Unprofessional and not reliable
